The ASHA partners offered a full day workshop in The Work that Reconnects approach. Taking time to acknowledge and honour our (often conflicting) emotions in relation to the global challenges proved to be a very powerful practice, particularly when we are witnessed and supported by the presence of others. This tool enables the release of new energy to act, and inspires a sense of connection, belonging and renewed hope for the future.
People were guided through a series of experiential group practices, incorporating elements of nature connection. They dived deep into a sense of wonder and gratitude for the precious gift of life on Earth and connected empathically with the perspectives of others, including those who hold opposite views to us, as well as members of other species; they explored positive ways forward.
It took place at Rudolf Steiner House in London.
