Podcast episode #4

Kasia Stepien

Regenerative culture – interview with Alex Nunn

Alex Nunn is a Head of Movement Building at Action for Happiness, a contributor to Regenerative Culture in Extinction Rebellion and a Regional Community Builder in the Earth Holder Network.

He shares with us what regeneration means to him and in the activism context, how Regenerative Cultures look like, and what resources and practices can support us to keep engaging, taking action and facing the reality of the crisis.

An attitude of regeneration, says Alex in this interview with Kasia, means finding ways of learning the lessons of nature to maintain cycles that give back as much as we take.

Alex invites us to stop, to pause, to give up the search for quick answers and instead to take the opportunity for a reassessment of our values and how we make decisions about how we want to live our life.
